Living by a Code of Conduct
For years, we've been applying a Code of Conduct that ensures safe working conditions and respects human rights throughout our production process. We're strict followers of the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions prohibiting any form of child labor.
We keep a close eye on this code and have it checked by both our team and accredited, independent institutes. In the event of any concerns, such as extended working hours, inadequate lighting, or the absence of protective equipment, we actively engage in problem-solving. We're all about keeping the communication open and transparent and working together to support our suppliers and employees, making sure everyone has a safe and ethical workplace.

We're all about spreading love by supporting projects and organizations worldwide through sponsorships and donations. Our efforts focus on activities that help improve the health and living conditions of pregnant women and children under the age of three.

By donating to LA Fire Relief, we support families affected by the fires in California.
Room to Grow supports families with children under the age of three who are living in difficult financial situations. We’ve been working with them for four years, and in 2025, staff at our US office participated in a volunteer day at their New York office.
The Good Plus Foundation provides families living below the poverty line with basic children’s products such as diapers and beds. They also run father-related programs, which we have supported through various activities for many years. We’ve been working with them for almost 15 years.

Baby2Baby provides children living in poverty with basic necessities such as diapers, clothing and food. They reach over a million children annually in all 50 states, and we’ve been working with them for five years.
Alliance of Moms, a Los Angeles-based organization that supports young pregnant women and youth in foster care by running educational programs that strengthen their future prospects for a good life.
SAFE (Support and Advocacy for Feeding Emergencies) specializes in caring for infants in disaster situations by providing emergency equipment, breastfeeding assistance and training for aid workers.
The Lawrence Guy Family Foundation’s vision is to support financially vulnerable families and help improve their situation. We make product donations to parents-to-be in partnership with the Boston Patriots.
